Who can get involved?
Everyone who wants to be a part and help us build a resilient community. We have different trajectories for people at different age bands, tailored to the strengths, needs, preferences and experience of these age groups:
Youth Volunteers (Under 18 Years Old)
Young Adults (18-30 Years Old)
Adults (30-60 Years Old)
Seniors (Over 60 Years Old)
Mental Health Professionals and Students
How to get involved
You can be either a recipient or an agent of an activity or both. The initiatives are grouped in the following way:
Education & Training
This encompasses expert-led discussions and comprehensive training sessions focused on mental health and well-being. These sessions aim to enhance understanding, provide practical strategies, and promote a culture of holistic health and resilience. Participants will gain valuable knowledge, learn effective coping mechanisms, and be encouraged to apply these strategies in their daily lives, ultimately fostering a supportive and health-conscious community.
Research
If you choose to be an agent: You will take on the responsibility of designing the study, recruiting participants, and analysing and interpreting the results. If you choose to be a participant: You will actively engage in the study as a participant, contributing valuable data and insights.
Events
Events are usually organized by our team and their primary aim is to interact with one another. It is a great opportunity to get to know each other and spend some quality time together! If you have an idea of an event, let us know!

Inspiring Talks
Workshops
Workshops are more structured than events and have a clear wellbeing purpose. They help our members to reflect upon and cultivate healthy habits for their mind! Gratitude workshops, unlocking creativity, assessing one’s strengths, are examples of workshops we deliver!
We also train people to deliver these workshops in their local communities!
Wellbeing Interventions
They are more multifaceted and extended in duration compared to traditional workshops, featuring clear and measurable goals. Our volunteers have the opportunity to engage as observers, gaining valuable insights, and/or assist team members in the active delivery of the intervention. This dual role allows volunteers to both learn and contribute meaningfully to the project's success.
Social Media & Communication
Contribute to the creation of captivating digital content, including developing creative materials, brainstorming ideas, and capturing photography. Share and repost our activities to help us achieve viral reach! Additionally, assist in crafting articles for Breathe’s Newsletter and Digital Newspaper. Your involvement will play a key role in amplifying our message and expanding our digital presence.
