About Breathe.
Who we are
BREATHE was born out of Princess Tatiana’s passion and dedication to well-being. It was created to destigmatize mental health, promote self-care and advocate for those who are silenced by any mental health issues. BREATHE acts as an umbrella initiative, creating partnerships for impact around emotional well-being, in an effort to create healthier communities. Princess Tatiana has always been passionate about emotional wellbeing. On a personal level, she lost her father to suicide when she was 7 years old. His death and the silence that surrounded it, impacted and shaped her life. Her career has been dedicated to helping others and creating positive social impact.
What we do.
Mental health is an integral and essential component of health. BREATHE has identified existing resources that can immediately support Greeks in their individual needs. This platform serves to inform & highlight the different options for mental health, as not one method works for everyone. Offerings include tools that can be used independently for a wide range of needs, at your discretion or options to speak to a mental health professional, for free. We want you to have the option to determine what best suits your needs, at this moment. BREATHE works with organisations to create awareness and funding around different well-being initiatives throughout the world, focusing first on Greece.

It’s time to talk openly about mental health and educate ourselves and others. Now more than ever, Princess Tatiana is committed to creating awareness and raising funds for mental health initiatives, through her mindful mental health movement, BREATHE. Princess Tatiana’s vision is to make Greece a world leader in mental healthcare while buildingresilience and improving the emotional well-being of its citizens.
BREATHE is a non-profit: we believe in equity, especially when it comes to mental well-being, therefore these resources have been made available to everyone.
