About Breathe.
-
Who is Breathe?
Founded in 2020 by Tatiana Blatnik, Breathe is combating the stigma that surrounds mental health by focusing on community and raising awareness. We build partnerships to expand access to resources for mental health, and we support initiatives that provide immediate support.
-
What does Breathe do?
Nearly 80% of people do not seek treatment for their mental health needs due to stigma and shame. Breathe aims to improve understanding of mental health by creating self-care tools that can be used at home, and which can create a sense of community, while also simplifying access to professional mental health care.
Give & Grow.
We ask that you give to Breathe so that we can continue to grow Breathe. Please make a donation so that we can add more tools, events, and resources. Feel free to be in touch to hear more about the initiatives underway in 2024, including a major new National Campaign.
