A MINDFUL MENTAL HEALTH MOVEMENT

Who is Breathe?

Breathe is a non-profit organization founded in 2020 by Tatiana Blatnik to fight the stigma that surrounds mental health. We believe in equity, especially when it comes to mental well-being, and our resources are available for free to everyone, everywhere. We build partnerships that create community and raise awareness, and we support initiatives that provide immediate support.

What does Breathe do?

Breathe works to improve understanding of mental health by 1) providing self-care tools that can be used at home, 2) supporting campaigns that create a sense of community, and 3) advocating for equitable access to mental health support. Breathe is working to make Greece a leader in mental health by creating projects and campaigns focused on the emotional well-being of its citizens.

“Everything we do in life involves both our body and our mind. We owe it to ourselves to do all we can to live life to its fullest potential with passion and purpose, and to be the best version of ourselves. An investment in the health and happiness of our country is an investment in our shared future.”
